At Kentapaw, your pet's happiness and your satisfaction are important to us. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Product must be unused and unopened.
- Original packaging, labels, and seals must remain intact.
- Product must not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- Proof of purchase (Order ID or Invoice) is required.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used pet oral care products
- Damaged products caused after delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Free gifts or promotional items
Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive:
- Wrong product
- Damaged product
- Leaking bottle
- Missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the shipping package
